Deposits

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. td555 will not process a withdrawal from a player whose identity has not been verified. Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank. td555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Bonuses and Promotions
td555 offers bonuses and promotional incentives at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus conditions in this section. Where a bonus-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the bonus-specific term applies.
General Bonus Conditions
The following conditions apply to all td555 bonuses unless a bonus-specific term states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Claiming the same bonus through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the promotion terms. All wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn.
- td555 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time. A bonus already credited and for which wagering has commenced will not be withdrawn unless evidence of bonus abuse is found.
- Bonuses may only be used on the games or betting markets specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
- td555 reserves the right to require a player to return bonus funds if it determines that the player has engaged in bonus abuse, systematic pattern betting, or any form of collusion designed to exploit the bonus system.
Welcome Bonus
The td555 welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit. It is subject to the specific percentage match, minimum deposit, maximum bonus amount, qualifying games, and wagering requirements published at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player only and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
Gameplay and Acceptable Use

Available tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods between 24 hours and 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Any active bonuses at the time of self-exclusion will be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination for breach, td555 reserves the right to void all unsettled bets, forfeit bonus balances, and withhold funds obtained through activities that breached these Terms. Any remaining balance of legitimately deposited funds (net of bonus credit) will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification.
Intellectual Property
All content on the td555 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, data compilations, and software — is the property of td555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the td555 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Limitation of Liability
